The orientation and induction program designed for fresh recruits (GETs) extends to almost 10 days. During these sessions, GETs are trained extensively on subjects relating to engineering concepts, project management and other tricks of the trade. The trainers are mostly senior consultants and other subject matter experts.
The field of engineering is an evolving subject with new technologies emerging on a regular basis.
