We are pleased to share that our Managing Director PV Krishna Reddy Visited the site of the Six-Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway section of NH-150C on 17-11-2025. This key infrastructure development is part of the extensive Surat-Chennai Economic Corridor, an ambitious initiative under the Government of India’s Bharatmala Pariyojana.
MEIL Group is executing this prestigious project as two packages, totalling over 77 kilometres of six lane high-speed connectivity. The first package spans 39.30 kilometres, connecting the Karnataka-Telangana border (near Raichur Gadwal road) to Julekal Village. The second package covers 38.20 kilometres, extending from Julekal Village to Kurnool town. The MD’s visit served to assess the ground realities, review the construction progress, and provide guidance to the on-site teams to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and committed timelines.
Developing the Surat-Chennai Economic Corridor is a monumental step towards transforming regional trade and logistics. By creating a direct, efficient link between the western and southern parts of India, this project will significantly reduce travel time, lower operational costs, and boost economic activity across multiple states, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. MEIL is dedicated to accelerating the completion of this key national asset.
