The management's recruitment policy is to hire talent that can easily adapt to MEIL's work culture while imbibing the values of the company. MEIL boasts of a diverse workforce comprising of engineers (of multiple disciplines), project managers, management trainees and other apprentices, who are ably supported by specialized personnel from HR, procurement, finance and legal streams. After the recruitment procedure, the new hires are trained and groomed extensively in best industry practices. Such training & development is an ongoing process to ensure that the process paves way for the next line of managers and leaders. Delegation, Coaching & Mentoring are continuous processes that are carried out in MEIL to strengthen the internal framework and develop 'Future Leaders' for the company.

The HR team puts in as much efforts towards talent retention as it does for talent recruitment. As a result of such employee centricity, MEIL has always stayed ahead of the game.
