Enter the star of the show: our 13.34-meter Single Shield TBM – India's largest diameter ever for any urban project, and the first of its kind in metro cities! This 400-ton behemoth will bore twin 3-lane tunnels spanning 5.75 km and 6.09 km – creating India's longest underground urban road tunnels.
On 29th November 2025, we achieved a major breakthrough: Thane-side portal excavation complete, with the massive cutter head precision-lowered into the shaft. Facing a steep 4.74% gradient, our team deployed two synchronized Self-Propelled Modular Transporters with hydraulic suspension and electronic controls – ensuring zero compromise on safety.
